Last night, I taught my very first cooking class to a group of gals in my Domestic Diva's group. On the menu for the evening was:
Chicken Cacciatore
Parmesan Polenta
Sauteed Zuccini and onions
Chiabatta bread
Coffee
Dessert
This was the first in a series of 30-Minute Meals that I'm going to be hosting each month. The idea of this series is not so much to prepare a gourmet meal, but rather a way to get out of that weekly rut we usually get in when we prepare the same weekly meals for our families - you know Meatloaf Monday, Taco Tues, Spaghetti Saturday...
